Postage & Packing
Ordering Information
Orders can be placed via our website. This service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also telephone us on 0845 463 8953 to place your order between 9.30am and 3.00pm Monday to Friday.If you would like to pay by cheque please select the Cheque option at checkout. Paying by Credit / Debit Card
Our payment provider is PayPal. With PayPal, you can shop online securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance – all without sharing your financial details with the seller. For further details on Pay Pal please visit www.paypal.com.
Paying by Cheque

Delivery Charges
We do not charge a flat rate that costs over the odds for those customers wishing to purchase only one item.
Postage and packing rates are calculated by taking into account the weight of the item and its packaging and also the cost of the packaging used and the method of delivery. Below is a summary of those charges.
Up to 250g £1.80
251g to 500g £2.50
501g to 750g £2.95
751g to 1kg £3.60
1.001kg to 1.5kg £5.95
1.501kg to 2kg £6.50
2kg to 3kg £7.95
All items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post or Standard Parcels service.
If you wish to have your item sent by recorded delivery, please add £0.70 to your total at the checkout.
If you live in Weymouth then you may qualify for free delivery. If you are unsure as to whether your order qualifies for this service then please call the customer help line on 0845 463 8953.
If you spend over £100.00 then you qualify for free UK delivery.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all orders within 48hrs from the time that payment has been received. If paying by cheque then orders will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared (normally 5 working days).

Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us on 0845 463 8953 any time between 9.30am - 3pm Monday to Friday. It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:
* Customer name * Order number * Date of the order Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 14 days of delivery (see our returns section below for further details on our returns policy).

Returns
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any product you have chosen please make contact with us within 7 days of receiving the goods to arrange a refund or exchange. Contact us either by telephone: 0845 463 8953 or by email at returns@greenbeginnings.eu quoting your receipt number and reason for return. We will then give you a returns number that you should enclose in your returns parcel. We are only able to refund items that we physically receive back. Returns should be sent to us unused, in the original packaging, in the condition it was received. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods whilst they are in the posession of Royal Mail though we are happy to advise on the claims process. Return postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded. Any goods that are returned without any notice will not be accepted.

When you enter the secure payment process your credit card details cannot be intercepted or seen by anyone except our payment provider - PayPal. Green Beginnings never see your card details and are simply informed when your payment has been authorised by your bank.
